HexDump

With HexDump you can examine the contents of files on a character level. This program is a command line utility that addresses to this need.

The program has been used extensively to help developers in validating data output from their projects.
HexDump will process any file that the user has access to and has adequate permission to read.
HexDump works on Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Business and on Windows 7 Professional (32 bit).
